    "lede": "The Integrated Food Security Phase Classification is the standard the UN system uses to declare a famine, and it classifies by area. Its three published rounds since the famine declaration are drawn here on the same five governorates. These are the areas civilians were ordered into: the evacuation orders sent the population of the north and of Rafah into Deir al-Balah, Khan Younis and al-Mawasi, and those are the governorates the Famine projection then covered.",
